We are continually improving on our Eclipse plugin both in terms of adding features and fixing issues. For this reason we recommend that you check for updates frequently. We have online documentation as well as help embedded in the product.

We offer a fix period of technical support via telephone/web/email after you purchase our products. The technical support is help you address issues or problems you are experiencing when using our products.
